Last reviewed 22 October 2026. This guide replaces the two earlier cashback articles, which now redirect here. The current offer is 10% of net losses for users who deposit ₹1,00,000 or more; the period and credit date are on the cashback card under Promotions, and the full terms on the bonuses page.
Cashback is a refund of a percentage of your net losses over a set period, credited to the wallet after the period ends. It is not a bonus on deposits and it is not paid on winnings. Because it depends on losses, it is the one promotion that a winning user never receives, and the one that is most often misunderstood.
How cashback is calculated
The formula is cashback = rate × net loss in the period, where net loss is total stakes settled as losses minus total winnings in the eligible products, and the result is capped at the offer’s maximum. A worked example at the current 10% rate for a user who has deposited ₹1,00,000 or more:
| Day | Stakes lost | Winnings | Running net |
| Monday | ₹4,000 | ₹1,500 | −₹2,500 |
| Wednesday | ₹6,000 | ₹2,000 | −₹6,500 |
| Saturday | ₹3,000 | ₹7,000 | −₹2,500 |
| Net loss for the week | ₹2,500 | ||
| Cashback at 10% | ₹250 | ||
Note what Saturday did: a winning day reduces the net loss and therefore the cashback. Cashback is calculated on the week as a whole, not on losing days. A user who lost ₹6,500 by Wednesday and stopped would receive ₹650; the Saturday win reduced the cashback by ₹400 while adding ₹4,000 to the balance, which is the correct trade.
When it is paid
| Item | How it usually works |
| Period | Weekly is the most common; some offers run daily or monthly. The period and its cut-off time are in the offer terms |
| Credit | Within a stated time after the period ends, typically the next working day, to the wallet or as a bonus balance |
| Minimum | Many offers pay nothing below a minimum net loss, such as ₹1,000 in the period |
| Cap | A maximum per period; losses above the cap earn no further cashback |
| Opt-in | Some offers must be activated from the promotions screen before the period starts; check the offer’s terms |
Does cashback carry rollover?
It depends on the offer. Cashback credited as real balance is withdrawable at once. Cashback credited as bonus balance carries a wagering requirement, usually lower than the welcome bonus, and the terms state the multiple, the eligible products and the maximum bet while wagering. The promotions screen shows which balance a credit went to; if it is bonus balance, the withdrawable figure on the wallet screen excludes it until the rollover is met.
Exclusions to check
- Products. Some offers count exchange losses only, some casino only, some both. Losses in an excluded product earn nothing.
- Bonus-funded bets. Stakes placed from bonus balance are usually excluded from the net-loss calculation.
- Voided and cashed-out bets. Void bets are not losses; a cash-out at a loss counts as the loss actually realised.
- Matched betting across accounts. Laying your own back from another account is a breach of the one-account rule and forfeits the cashback and the accounts.
- Other promotions. A period in which a welcome bonus was active may be excluded from cashback, or vice versa.
How to check your figure
Open Promotions and the cashback offer; it shows the current period’s eligible net loss and the projected cashback. If the figure looks wrong, compare it with the settled bets in your bet history for the period, remembering that unsettled bets and bonus-funded stakes are excluded. Disputes go to live chat with the period and the bets in question.
Cashback and bankroll
Cashback lowers the effective cost of losing but does not change the odds of any bet. At 10%, a losing period costs 90% of what it would have, which is worth having and is not a reason to bet more. Treat it as a small refund at the end of a period you had already budgeted for.
