What a Laser247 ID is, and what “cricket ID” means
A Laser247 ID is a user account registered directly with the operator of the platform. It has a username, a password, a verified mobile number, a rupee wallet and, once KYC is complete, a verified identity. Everything on the platform runs through it: exchange bets, sportsbook bets, live casino play, deposits, withdrawals, limits and support history.
| Term people use | What it means on Laser247 |
| Laser247 ID | The account itself |
| Online cricket ID, cricket betting ID | The same account, described by its most common use. There is no separate cricket account, wallet or fee; the cricket betting page covers the markets |
| Casino ID | The same account again; the live casino page covers the tables |
| Demo ID | Not offered. The exchange and live casino cannot be played without funds; the platform can be browsed without an account |
What the ID is not: it is not a credit line and it is not transferable. The money in the wallet is yours, deposited from your own bank account and withdrawable to it. The operator’s company details and the regulator are on the about page.
How to get a Laser247 ID and where to get help
There are two ways in, and both end with the same personal account on the platform.
| Route | What happens | Best for |
| Register yourself | Open the registration flow, verify your mobile number by OTP, choose a username and password, and enter your name and date of birth as on your ID | Users who want to do it in a few minutes on their own |
| Use the WhatsApp chat button | The team on WhatsApp guides you through registration and answers account questions | First-time users, and anyone who prefers to be walked through it |
Whichever route you take, four things do not change. The ID is in your name and verified by KYC with your own government ID. Deposits come from a UPI ID or bank account in your own name. Withdrawals go only to an account in your own name. And nobody genuine will ever ask for your password or an OTP: the WhatsApp team does not need them to help you, and you should never share them.
The steps of the self-registration route are below and on the register page; the documents for KYC are in the next section but one.
The life of an ID: from registration to dormancy
| Stage | What happens | What you can do | Typical time |
| Registration | Mobile number verified by OTP; password set; username issued | Browse every market and table; set responsible-gaming limits | Under five minutes |
| First deposit | Wallet credited from your own UPI or bank account | Bet on the exchange and sportsbook, play the live casino | Minutes by UPI |
| KYC | Government ID and selfie uploaded and checked; age and name confirmed | Withdraw; raise limits; access higher Club tiers | Usually within hours; up to 24 hours at peak |
| Verified account | Full access | Everything, subject to the responsible-gaming limits you set | Ongoing |
| Dormancy | No login for an extended period, as defined in the terms | Log in to reactivate; KYC may be re-checked; the balance is returned on request after KYC | After the period in the terms |
| Closure | At your request, by self-exclusion, or by the operator for a breach of the terms | Withdraw the balance after KYC; a self-excluded account cannot be reopened during the exclusion | On request |
Two practical points. Do KYC straight after registration rather than at the first withdrawal: the first withdrawal is where almost every delay on a new account occurs, and the cause is nearly always a document that was never uploaded. And set a deposit limit before the first deposit; it applies immediately and a request to raise it waits for a cooling-off period, which is the point.
KYC: the document list and how verification works
Know-your-customer (KYC) verification confirms that you are who you registered as, that you are 18 or over, and that the payment accounts you use are yours. It is required before the first withdrawal and can be requested at any time, for example after a large deposit or a change of mobile number. One set of documents covers the whole account.
| Document | What it proves | Accepted forms | Notes |
| Government photo ID (one of: Aadhaar, PAN card, passport, voter ID, driving licence) | Identity, date of birth, name | Clear photo or scan of the original, all four corners visible, in colour; both sides where the back carries details | The name must match the account name exactly, including spelling and initials; an expired document is refused |
| Selfie | That the person holding the account is the person on the ID | A live photo taken in the app or browser when asked; some checks ask for the ID held beside the face | No filters, hats or sunglasses; good light; the face must match the ID photo |
| Proof of payment account | That the UPI ID or bank account used for withdrawals is in your name | Bank passbook page, cancelled cheque, bank statement header, or the UPI app’s profile screen showing the name | Needed only if the name on the payment account does not auto-match; a third party’s account is never accepted |
| Proof of address | Current address | Aadhaar, passport, utility bill or bank statement under three months old | Requested only in some reviews; not needed for a standard first withdrawal |
How the check runs
- Open Account, then Verification, and upload the document images or take them with the camera.
- Take the selfie when prompted.
- The documents are checked automatically for readability and then by the compliance team for the name, date of birth and signs of editing.
- The status shows as Pending, Verified or Rejected with a reason. Most checks complete within hours; allow up to 24 hours at peak times such as the start of a cricket series.
KYC data is stored under the privacy policy and used only for verification, compliance and fraud prevention. Upload documents inside the account when asked; never send your password or an OTP to anyone, by any channel.
Why an ID or a KYC document is rejected, and the fix for each
Rejections fall into two groups: the registration itself, and the KYC documents after it. Almost all of them can be fixed by the user; the exceptions are age and duplicate accounts.
Registration rejections
| Reason shown | Cause | Fix |
| Mobile number already registered | An account exists on that number, often an old one you forgot | Use the forgotten-password route on the login page; do not create a second account on another number |
| OTP not received or expired | Network delay, DND settings, or the OTP typed after its validity | Wait 60 seconds and request again; check the SMS blocking app; try on Wi-Fi; after three failures contact support with the number |
| Under 18 | Date of birth on the form or the document is under 18 | No fix; the account is closed and cannot be opened |
| Username unavailable | Taken by another user | Choose another; the username cannot be changed later, so avoid your real name if you prefer privacy |
| Registration from a restricted location | The platform does not accept users from some jurisdictions | None; see the terms for the list |
KYC rejections
| Reason shown | Cause | Fix |
| Document unreadable | Blur, glare, cropped corners, low light, screenshot of a photo | Re-photograph the original in daylight, flat, with all corners in frame |
| Name mismatch | Account name differs from the document (spelling, initials, surname order) | Ask support to correct the account name to match the document; the document is the reference |
| Date of birth mismatch or under 18 | Typing error at registration, or age below 18 | A typing error is corrected by support against the document; under 18 is closure |
| Selfie does not match | Poor light, filters, another person, or the ID photo is very old | Retake in good light without accessories; if the ID photo is old, upload a second document |
| Document expired | Passport or licence past its expiry date | Upload a current document; Aadhaar, PAN and voter ID do not expire |
| Edited or altered document | Any sign of digital editing, including cropping out fields | Upload the unedited original; an altered document can lead to closure |
| Duplicate account | The same person or document already has an ID | The newer account is closed and its balance returned after review to the verified account; only one ID per person is allowed |
| Payment account in another name | Deposits came from, or a withdrawal was requested to, a third party’s UPI or bank account | Add a payment method in your own name; third-party deposits may be returned to source |
A rejection message names the reason and the document to re-upload. If the reason is unclear, open chat with the account username; support can see the reviewer’s note. Do not open a new account to get around a rejection: it creates a duplicate and delays both.
Devices, sessions and security rules
The ID works on the website and on the Android app, and on iPhone through the browser with a home-screen shortcut. The rules at review were as follows.
| Rule | Detail |
| Your own devices | You can be logged in on more than one of your own devices, for example the app on a phone and the website on a laptop, at the same time; a bet placed on one shows on the other within seconds |
| New device | The first login from a device or browser needs an OTP to the registered mobile number |
| Sessions | Account, then Security, lists active sessions; sign out of all devices from there if a device is lost |
| Shared devices | Allowed, but sign out after use and do not save the password; a session left open is treated as yours |
| Sharing the login | Not allowed. The account belongs to one person and bets placed from it are that person’s; see the ownership rules below |
| Mobile number change | From Account, then Profile, with an OTP to the old number; if the old number is lost, support verifies you against the KYC document before changing it |
| Password | Change it from Account, then Security; reset it from the login page with an OTP. Use a password you use nowhere else |
| Failed logins | Repeated wrong passwords lock the account for a period; the unlock path is on the login page |
| Connections | TLS encryption on every connection; passwords stored hashed; see the privacy policy |
Three habits prevent most account problems: keep the registered mobile number active, because it is the recovery route for everything; never give the password or an OTP to anyone, including someone claiming to be support, because support never asks for either; and sign out of all devices if a phone is lost or sold.
Ownership rules: one ID per person, no sharing, no sale
| Rule | What it means | What happens on a breach |
| One ID per person | One account per individual, verified by the KYC document; one per household is not the rule, but each person’s payment accounts must be their own | The duplicate is closed; its balance is returned to the verified account after review; bonuses claimed twice are removed |
| No sharing | Nobody else may log in, bet, deposit or withdraw on your ID | Bets stand as yours; the account may be suspended pending KYC |
| No transfer | An ID cannot be passed to, shared with or inherited by another person; it is personal to the KYC-verified holder | Closure, with the balance returned to the verified holder after KYC |
| Own-name payments | Deposits from, and withdrawals to, accounts in the holder’s name only | Third-party deposits returned to source; withdrawals to third parties refused |
| Fair use of bonuses | One welcome bonus per person; no arbitrage between accounts | Bonus and bonus winnings removed; see the bonuses page for each promotion’s terms |
| Dormancy | An account with no login for the period stated in the terms is flagged dormant | Reactivated by logging in; KYC may be re-checked; the balance is returned on request |
| Self-exclusion | Closes the account for the chosen period, up to permanently | No reopening during the period; new accounts are blocked; see the responsible gaming page |
These rules are in the terms and conditions. They exist because the ID is the unit of KYC, of responsible-gaming limits and of the money held for you; an ID that passes between people breaks all three.
Deposits and withdrawals tied to the ID
The wallet belongs to the ID, and the rules on who can pay into it and be paid from it follow from the ownership rules above. The figures are those shown inside the platform at review.
| Item | Detail |
| Deposit methods | UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and bank apps), IMPS, NEFT or RTGS bank transfer; cards and e-wallets when the payment partner offers them |
| Deposit rules | Pay the exact amount entered, from an account in your own name, to the details generated for that deposit; keep the UTR. Payment details change per deposit, so never reuse a saved UPI ID |
| Credit time | UPI usually within minutes, up to 30 minutes at peak; IMPS within an hour at most banks |
| Fees | None from Laser247 on deposits or withdrawals; your bank may charge for IMPS or RTGS |
| Withdrawal minimum | ₹500, to a UPI ID or bank account in your name |
| Withdrawal timing | UPI mostly within an hour, up to 24 hours during review; bank transfer within 24 hours on working days |
| Withdrawal conditions | KYC complete; no bonus rollover outstanding on the funds; no liability reserved on open lay bets; payment method in your name |
| Unverified account | Can deposit and bet; cannot withdraw until KYC is verified |
The reasons a withdrawal is held, and the escalation path if a paid withdrawal has not arrived, are on the home page and the support page.
How to create a Laser247 ID
Creating the ID takes under five minutes. The register page describes each form field; the steps below are the whole process from first screen to first deposit.
- Open the registration page. Go to the register page on the website or tap Sign up in the app. For help at any step, use the WhatsApp chat button on this site.
- Enter your mobile number and verify it. Use the Indian mobile number you will keep; it is the recovery route for the account. An OTP is sent; enter it within its validity period.
- Choose a username and password. The username is permanent. Use a password you use nowhere else; it can be changed later from Account.
- Enter your name and date of birth as on your ID. Spell the name exactly as on the government ID you will use for KYC, because a mismatch is the most common KYC rejection. You must be 18 or over.
- Complete KYC from Account, then Verification. Upload a government photo ID and take the selfie. Verification usually completes within hours, and doing it now avoids the first-withdrawal delay.
- Make a first deposit by UPI. Open a deposit request, pay the exact amount shown from an account in your name, and keep the UTR. The wallet credits within minutes and the ID is ready for the exchange and the live casino.
Set a deposit limit under Account, then Responsible Gaming, before the first deposit. It takes a minute and applies immediately.
Common ID problems and the fix
| Problem | First thing to try | If that fails |
| Forgot the username | It is in the welcome SMS and in any bet confirmation | Support retrieves it against the registered mobile number |
| Forgot the password | Forgot password on the login page; OTP to the registered number | If the number is lost, support verifies you against the KYC document |
| OTP not arriving | Wait 60 seconds, request again, check SMS blocking and DND settings | Support sends the OTP by an alternative route after verifying the account |
| Account locked after failed logins | Wait for the lock period shown, then reset the password | Support unlocks after verification |
| KYC pending for more than 24 hours | Check the status screen for a re-upload request | Open chat with the username; the reviewer’s note is visible to support |
| Deposit not credited | Check the amount matches exactly and wait 30 minutes | Send the UTR on chat; matched within hours |
| Withdrawal held | Check KYC status, bonus rollover and open lay liability | Chat with the withdrawal reference; the support page has the escalation path |
| Want to change the mobile number | Account, then Profile, with an OTP to the old number | If the old number is lost, support changes it after KYC verification |
| Want to close the account | Account, then Responsible Gaming, for time-out or self-exclusion; or ask support for closure | Withdraw the balance first; KYC is required for the withdrawal |
Support is on in-app live chat and WhatsApp around the clock in English and Hindi, and by email at [email protected]. Support never asks for your password or an OTP. Anyone who does is not support.
Age, law and responsible gaming
An ID can be held only by a person aged 18 or over, and the age is verified from the KYC document, not from the box ticked at registration. Betting and gambling are state subjects in India, several states prohibit online betting, and Parliament passed the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act in August 2025; how the law applies to you depends on where you are, and nothing on this page is legal advice. Check the law in your state before registering.
| Tool on every ID | What it does |
| Deposit limit | Caps deposits per day, week or month; a request to raise it applies after a cooling-off period |
| Loss limit | Stops further bets once net losses in the period reach your figure |
| Session reminder | Shows time played and net result at the interval you choose |
| Time-out | Locks betting and deposits for the period you choose; withdrawals still work |
| Self-exclusion | Closes the ID for the period you choose, up to permanently, and blocks new accounts |
Set any of them under Account, then Responsible Gaming, or ask support to apply one; support does so without asking why. If betting is causing you problems, free help is available in India from Tele-MANAS on 14416, the Vandrevala Foundation on +91 9999 666 555 and iCall on +91 9152987821. Frequently asked questions about the Laser247 ID
How do I get a Laser247 ID?
Register on the platform with your mobile number and an OTP, choose a username and password, and enter your name and date of birth as on your government ID. It takes under five minutes. If you prefer to be guided, use the WhatsApp chat button on this site. Complete KYC from Account and make a first deposit by UPI to start betting.
Can someone help me create my Laser247 ID?
Yes. Use the WhatsApp chat button on this site and the team will guide you through registration. The account is created in your name and verified with your own documents. Never share your password or an OTP with anyone, including anyone helping you.
What documents do I need for Laser247 ID KYC?
One government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN card, passport, voter ID or driving licence) and a selfie. Proof that a payment account is in your name is needed only if the name does not auto-match, and proof of address only in some reviews. The name on the ID must match the account exactly.
Is a Laser247 cricket ID different from a Laser247 ID?
No. "Cricket ID" and "online cricket ID" are the common names for the same account, used mainly for cricket. One ID covers the exchange, the sportsbook and the live casino with a single wallet, and there is no separate cricket registration or fee.
Can I have two Laser247 IDs?
No. One ID per person, verified by the KYC document. A second account is closed as a duplicate, its balance is returned to the verified account after review, and any bonus claimed twice is removed. If you have lost access to an old account, recover it through the login page rather than registering again.
How long does KYC take?
Usually within hours; allow up to 24 hours at peak times such as the start of a cricket series. Most delays are caused by a blurred image or a name mismatch, both fixable by re-uploading. Doing KYC right after registration avoids the first-withdrawal delay.
Why was my ID or KYC rejected?
The common reasons are an unreadable document, a name or date-of-birth mismatch with the account, an expired document, a selfie that does not match, a duplicate account, or a payment account in another name. Each rejection shows the reason and the document to re-upload; under 18 and duplicate accounts cannot be fixed.
Can I use a friend's UPI to deposit or withdraw?
No. Deposits must come from, and withdrawals go to, a UPI ID or bank account in the account holder's own name. A third-party deposit may be returned to source and a withdrawal to a third party is refused.
Can I use my ID on more than one device?
Yes, on your own devices: the app on a phone and the website on a laptop can be logged in at the same time, and bets sync within seconds. A new device needs an OTP on first login. Sharing the login with another person is not allowed, and bets placed from your ID are yours.
Can I change the mobile number on my ID?
Yes, from Account, then Profile, with an OTP to the old number. If the old number is lost, support verifies you against your KYC document before changing it. Keep the registered number active because it is the recovery route for the password and for new-device logins.
Is there a demo or free Laser247 ID?
No demo IDs are issued. The exchange and the live casino cannot be played without funds. You can register and browse every market and table without depositing, and set responsible-gaming limits before you do.
