Who runs Laser247 and why there are two websites
Laser247 is the trading name of Sports Target B.V., a private company incorporated in Curaçao in 2023 and regulated there under company number 148053. It has no outside investors. The company builds and operates the betting platform, holds user funds, settles markets and runs customer support. Its registered office is at Fransche Bloemweg 4, Willemstad, Curaçao, and its public contact address is [email protected]. There are two Laser247 web addresses, and the difference matters.

The platform is an application, not a brochure. It assumes you already know what a lay bet is, what a session market settles on and what KYC requires. This site exists to explain those things in one place, in plain language, before you put money in. Both addresses are owned and operated by Sports Target B.V.; neither pays or is paid by the other.
How to tell an official Laser247 address from a copy
Because Laser247 is searched for often, many unrelated websites use the name in their domain. Three checks take under a minute:
- The address bar shows exactly laser247.online or www-laser247.online. Extra words, numbers or different endings mean a different owner.
- The page links to this site’s About and Contact pages and names Sports Target B.V. in the footer.
- Nobody genuine asks for your password or an OTP. Deposits go into your own wallet from an account in your own name, and withdrawals come back to an account in your own name.

How a betting exchange works, with a worked example
A conventional bookmaker sets the odds, takes your bet and profits when you lose. A betting exchange is a marketplace: users set the odds and bet against each other, and the exchange earns a commission on winning bets. Laser247’s core product is an exchange; a fixed-odds sportsbook sits beside it for users who prefer the simpler format.
Back and lay
- Back means you bet that something will happen, exactly as with a bookmaker. India to win the match at odds of 1.80: stake ₹1,000, return ₹1,800 if India win, lose ₹1,000 if they do not.
- Lay means you bet that something will not happen; you are acting as the bookmaker for that bet. Lay India at 1.80 for ₹1,000: if India lose or the match is tied, you keep the backer’s ₹1,000; if India win, you pay the backer’s winnings, ₹800. The amount you can lose on a lay bet is called your liability, and it is reserved from your balance when the bet is placed.
Matched and unmatched
A bet only exists once someone on the other side accepts your odds. A back at 1.80 is matched when a layer offers 1.80 or better for at least your stake. Until then it sits as unmatched, visible on the ladder, and you can cancel it or change the price. Live markets suspend briefly when a wicket falls or a goal is scored; unmatched bets stay in place unless you cancel them, and matched bets are unaffected.
Worked example: trading out of a cricket match bet

After step 3 you have locked in a profit of about ₹933 whichever side wins, before commission. The lay stake in step 3 is calculated as back stake × back odds ÷ lay odds (2,000 × 2.20 ÷ 1.50). The platform’s cash-out button does this calculation for you at the current best price; doing it manually lets you choose your own price and wait to be matched.
Commission
The exchange charges commission only on the net winnings of a market, not on stakes and not on losing markets. If your net profit on a market is ₹933 and the commission rate on your account is 2%, ₹18.66 is deducted and ₹914.34 is credited. The rate that applies to your account is shown in the platform under Account and on every market before you confirm a bet; it can differ by product and by account tier (see Laser247 Pro and Club).
Why exchange odds are usually better
A bookmaker builds a margin into every price so that the implied probabilities on a two-way market add up to more than 100%, typically 105 to 110% on cricket match odds. On an exchange, the back and lay prices are set by other users competing with each other, so the gap between them is usually one or two ticks, and the only cost is commission on winnings. The practical difference over hundreds of bets is the reason serious bettors use exchanges.
What an exchange cannot do
An exchange needs other users to match your bet. On a Test match in the small hours or a minor tennis event, there may be little money on the ladder and your bet may sit unmatched or be matched only partly. The sportsbook always offers a price, which is why Laser247 runs both; the sportsbook page explains when each is the better choice.

Every sport page follows the same structure: the markets and how each settles, the rules that void a bet, the live-betting mechanics for that sport, the calendar for the season ahead, and a short set of tips that are about market behaviour rather than predictions.
Cricket on Laser247: match odds, session and fancy markets
Cricket is the largest market on the platform by a wide margin, and it is where Indian exchange betting has developed its own vocabulary. Three market families cover most of the activity.
Match odds
The simplest market: which side wins. In limited-overs cricket it is a two-way market; in Tests a third outcome, the draw, is added. Settlement follows the official result. If a match is abandoned without a result, or is decided by a no-result rule, the market is void and stakes are returned. If the result comes from a super over or a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculation, that official result stands.
Session markets
A session market is a line on the number of runs scored in a defined block of overs, such as overs 1 to 6 of the first innings or overs 15 to 20. The platform posts a line, say 52.5 runs, with a back price (over) and a lay price (under). You can also trade a session mid-way as the line moves. Session markets are settled on the runs actually scored in that block, including extras. If the block is not completed because the innings ends or the match is interrupted, the platform’s rule is that the market is void unless the line had already been passed, in which case the over side is settled as a winner. Read the market rules shown on each session before betting, because the void conditions are where most disputes arise.
Fancy markets
Fancy is the umbrella term for every other proposition: a batter’s runs, a bowler’s wickets, runs off a particular over, fall of the next wicket, highest opening partnership, total match fours and sixes. Each fancy market carries its own settlement note. Two rules are common to all of them: a batter’s market is settled on the runs scored when the batter is dismissed or the innings ends, and a market is void if the player named does not take part.
Live betting mechanics
Live cricket markets update ball by ball. Three things to know before your first in-play bet:
- There is a short bet delay of a few seconds between confirming a bet and it reaching the market, so that bets placed after a wicket cannot be matched at pre-wicket prices. The delay is shown on the market.
- Markets suspend automatically at a wicket, a dropped catch review, a rain stoppage and at the end of each innings, and reopen when the platform’s traders have re-priced.
- If a bet is matched at a price that is clearly wrong because of a feed error, the platform may void it under its palpable-error rule. That rule is in the terms; it protects both sides and is used rarely.
The cricket calendar
The Indian Premier League runs from late March to late May each year and is the peak of exchange activity. The men’s international calendar fills the rest of the year with bilateral series and ICC events; the Women’s Premier League in February and the Big Bash, Pakistan Super League and The Hundred add overseas T20 liquidity. Live casino and games
The live casino lobby streams dealer-hosted tables around the clock. Tables are run by third-party studios and the video feed, the shuffle and the result are theirs; Laser247 provides the wallet, the betting interface and the settlement. The Indian card games are the most played, and several tables are hosted in Hindi.

Every live table shows its minimum and maximum bet on the table card before you sit, and the lobby filter lets you sort by limit. Return-to-player figures for RNG games are published by their providers and shown in each game’s information panel; live tables are governed by the payout table rather than an RTP figure. Casino play uses the same rupee wallet as sports betting, so there is no transfer step. How to create a Laser247 ID
A Laser247 ID is the single account that covers the exchange, the sportsbook and the casino. It takes a few minutes to create and needs only a mobile number to start; identity documents are requested later, before your first withdrawal.
- Open the platform. Go to laser247.online or open the app and tap Register. The registration guide has a screenshot of each step.
- Enter your mobile number. Use an Indian number you control; it becomes your login and receives one-time passwords.
- Verify the OTP. A six-digit code arrives by SMS. If it does not arrive within two minutes, use Resend; if it still does not arrive, check that the number is not on a DND list that blocks transactional SMS, or try the WhatsApp OTP option.
- Set a password. At least eight characters with a mix of letters and numbers. Do not reuse a password from another site.
- Add your name as it appears on your ID. This is checked during KYC, and a mismatch is the most common reason for a withdrawal delay.
- Confirm you are 18 or over and accept the terms. Read the terms at least once; the sections on bonuses, voids and dormant accounts affect real money.
- Log in. Your ID is active immediately for deposits and betting.
KYC: what it is and when it happens
KYC (know your customer) is the identity check the platform must complete before paying out. You are asked for it the first time you request a withdrawal, or earlier if the platform’s checks flag the account.

Upload is through the app’s KYC screen or by sending the images to support on WhatsApp. Review normally completes within a few hours on working days. The most common rejection reasons are a blurred image, a cropped document edge, a name spelled differently from the account, and a payment method in someone else’s name. Logging in and account security
You log in with your registered mobile number and password, or with a one-time password sent to that number. The app also offers fingerprint or face unlock once you have logged in once. The login guide covers each path with screenshots and the fixes for the usual errors.

Keeping the account yours
- Turn on two-factor authentication in Account settings; every withdrawal and every new-device login then needs an OTP.
- Never share the OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to be support. Laser247 staff never ask for it.
- Use the in-app chat or the WhatsApp number shown inside the platform; numbers offered by third-party sites are not Laser247.
- Check Account, then Sessions, if you suspect someone else has access, and end every session you do not recognise. Change the password straight after.
- If you lose your phone, contact support from another device with your ID details so the registered number can be changed before anyone can request an OTP.
Deposits: UPI, IMPS, PhonePe, Paytm and bank transfer
Deposits go into a rupee wallet that all three products share. UPI is the default because it is instant and free for the user; IMPS and bank transfer cover larger amounts. Card and e-wallet options appear for some users depending on the payment partner available at the time.

Rules that catch people out
- Pay the exact amount you entered on the deposit screen. Sending a different amount, or splitting one deposit into two payments, delays matching and can require manual review.
- The paying account must be in your own name. Deposits from a friend’s or family member’s UPI are a KYC failure and may be returned.
- Keep the UTR or transaction ID. If a deposit has not credited within 30 minutes, send the UTR to support on chat; it is resolved within hours.
- Payment details shown for a deposit are generated for that deposit and can change. Do not save a UPI ID for reuse; always open a fresh deposit request.
- Deposits made to claim a bonus are subject to that bonus’s rollover before the bonus amount can be withdrawn; the deposit itself is never locked.

Withdrawals: timings, limits and why they get held
Withdrawals are requested from the wallet screen and paid to a UPI ID or bank account in the account holder’s name. The minimum is ₹500. The first withdrawal on any account requires completed KYC, which is the single largest cause of delay, so complete it before you need the money.

Why a withdrawal is held
- KYC incomplete or mismatched. Resolve by uploading the documents listed above with the name exactly as on the account.
- Bonus rollover not met. If an active bonus has wagering conditions outstanding, winnings from the bonus portion are held until the conditions are met or the bonus is forfeited. You can forfeit a bonus from the promotions screen to release the rest.
- Payment method in another name. Withdrawals to a third party are refused. Add a method in your own name.
- Unsettled bets. Funds reserved as liability on open lay bets are not withdrawable until the market settles.
- Security review. Large or unusual requests can be reviewed manually; support will tell you what is needed.
If a withdrawal shows as paid but has not arrived, check the UTR the platform gives you against your bank app first; UPI credits occasionally lag the bank’s notification. If it is still missing after 24 hours, raise it on chat with the UTR and support traces it with the payment partner. The escalation path for anything unresolved after 48 hours is on the contact page.
Bonuses and promotions, with the terms that matter
Bonuses are marketing; the terms are the product. Every Laser247 promotion has its conditions shown on the promotion card before you opt in. The current welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, with no maximum, a rollover of 25% of the bonus at odds of 2.00 or longer, and no expiry; users who deposit ₹1,00,000 or more also get 10% cashback on net losses. Rollover, worked through
A ₹10,000 first deposit credits a ₹10,000 bonus. Before that bonus or winnings from it can be withdrawn, you must place ₹2,500 of settled bets (25% of ₹10,000) at odds of 2.00 or longer. Only bets at those odds count, both sides of a back-and-lay on the same market usually do not count, and casino bets may count at a lower percentage or not at all. The promotions screen shows a progress bar for the rollover, and the remaining amount is also visible on the bet slip.
What voids a bonus
- Withdrawing before the rollover is complete: the bonus and winnings from it are removed; your own deposit is paid.
- Opening more than one account, or using a payment method belonging to someone else.
- Betting patterns that only exist to clear rollover, such as backing and laying the same selection at the same price.
If you do not want a bonus, decline it on the deposit screen. A deposit without a bonus has no wagering condition at all.
Laser247 app versus the mobile site
The platform works in any modern mobile browser without installing anything. The Android app is a wrapper around the same platform with three additions: fingerprint or face login, push notifications for bet settlement and deposit credits, and a slightly faster live-market refresh because the connection stays open. There is no app in the Google Play Store, because Play does not list real-money betting apps for India; the app is downloaded as an APK from the platform.

Installing the Android app safely
- Download the APK only from the link inside the platform or from the app download page on this site. APKs offered on other sites can carry malware.
- When Android asks, allow installation from that one source for this install only, then turn the permission off again.
- The app asks for no permissions beyond storage for the download and biometrics for login. Decline anything else.
- Check the version number against the one listed on the download page. The page records each version, its size and release date.

Is Laser247 legal and safe for Indian users
This section states the position plainly and does not give legal advice. The law that applies to you depends on where you are, and it has changed recently.
The operator’s position
Sports Target B.V. is incorporated and regulated in Curaçao and operates the platform from there. Curaçao has been a licensing jurisdiction for online gaming operators since 1996 and in 2024 moved licensing under a new statute and regulator, the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Indian law
- Betting and gambling are state subjects under the Constitution of India. Several states, including Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, have laws that prohibit online betting or online games played for stakes.
- In August 2025 Parliament passed the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, which prohibits offering, facilitating or advertising online money games in India and distinguishes them from e-sports and social games. How the Act is applied to overseas operators and to individual users is a matter for the authorities and the courts, and enforcement practice is still developing.
- Income from betting is taxable in India at a flat rate under the Income Tax Act, and winnings from online games are subject to tax deduction at source rules.
