Withdrawals are requested from the wallet and paid to a UPI ID or bank account in the account holder’s name. The minimum is ₹500, there is no fee, and most UPI payouts arrive within an hour. Almost every delayed withdrawal has one of five causes, all listed below with the fix.

How to withdraw
- Complete KYC if you have not. The first withdrawal on any account requires it, and it is the single largest cause of delay. The document list is on the Laser247 ID page.
- Open the wallet, then Withdraw, and choose UPI or bank transfer.
- Add the payout method if it is not saved: a UPI ID, or an account number with IFSC. It must be in your own name.
- Enter the amount, at least ₹500 and no more than the withdrawable balance shown, and confirm. An OTP may be requested.
- Track the request in transaction history. Statuses are Pending, Processing, Paid and Rejected with a reason.
What is withdrawable
The withdrawable balance can be less than the wallet balance for three reasons. Liability reserved on open lay bets is held until those markets settle. Winnings from a bonus are held until the bonus rollover is met or the bonus is forfeited. And a deposit made minutes ago may be subject to a short hold while the payment is confirmed. The wallet screen shows the withdrawable figure separately.

Paid but not received
- Check the UTR shown on the paid withdrawal against your bank app. UPI credits occasionally lag the bank’s notification by minutes.
- If it is still missing after 24 hours, open live chat with the withdrawal reference and the UTR. Support traces it with the payment partner.
- Anything unresolved after 48 hours goes through the escalation path on the support page.
